- Product and service related information concerning the sale of online sessions materials and other products or services that we provide to you;

- As a general rule, eeccoon collects your personal information directly from you and will not collect personal information about you from a third party without your consent.

When do we disclose your Personal Information?
eeccoon does not sell your personal information to any third party. We will share your personal information with employees who require such information to establish, maintain and manage our relationship with you and any online session in which you participate. Third party service providers may be engaged by eeccoon to perform a variety of functions, such as to mail information, to process your payment, to administer online sessions or to provide technical services for our website etc. These third party suppliers have access to personal information if needed to perform the functions for which they are retained. In addition, if you participate in a online session, eeccoon will provide certain personal information regarding you, such as your name and contact information, to other online sessions participants. In this case, your personal information will be provided to other online session participants via a secure, password protected web page which is accessible only to other participants in that online sessions. If you do not wish eeccoon to share your personal information with other online sessions participants, you can request that your personal information not be disclosed, either when you purchase an access ticket for an online session, or by opting out via your profile page on the eeccoon website. Your request will be entered into your file. Each time you sign up for a subsequent online session, you will be asked again whether you wish your personal information to be disclosed. If you specify at any time that your personal information should not be disclosed, your name will not be listed on the online participant list. If you request that your personal information be removed from the online participant list by modifying your profile at some time after you sign up, your name will be removed from the online participant list within 24 hours of your request. However, in this case, if another participant has viewed your personal information prior to removal, we cannot recall your personal information once another participant has viewed it.
eeccoon will not otherwise disclose your personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except as may be permitted or required by law, or with your consent.
Consent
It is important to us that we only collect, use or disclose your personal information which is not publicly available, where we have your consent to do so.
